I stood by an two reps for a while waiting to be at least acknowledged. There were 4 other customers waiting also. All we not even acknowledged. All because it took two employees to help a woman with a Bluetooth headset she purchased. A simple "take a seat and we'll be with you shortly" would have been sufficient. But I was ignored. I even heard the customer whisper their's someone behind you that needs help. They both ignored that. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
