  I purchased a gas stove from them and it was delivered on 1/8/18. When my husband got home that evening we lifted the box off and inside was a gas dryer, not my gas stove. The box was labeled for the gas stove. I immediately called Sears to let them know. After 4 calls to the store I have yet to get an answer as to when my stove will arrive. I called the store everyday trying to get answers. The gas co. Is to be here Friday to hook up the stove. Today I called the store again trying to get my stove. The manager said he would call me back but after 2 hrs. I called him again. Still no answer as to when it will arrive. In the meantime I have a gas dryer in my garage that doesn't belong to me. I got a call earlier today from the supplier who wants to deliver it Saturday. I told them no it was there mistake and I need the stove Friday morning . I was then hung up on before a manager picked up. I did receive a call from that manager but she couldn't guarantee the Friday delivery and was to call me back after she spoke to the scheduler to see if I could get it on Friday. This call was at 2:40 pm and I m still waiting for her call it's now 4:52 pm. All I get out if anyone us there sorry for the issue but no one can satisfy my request. At this time I'm ready to ask for a refund and take my business elsewhere. I have the corporate office number if I don't soon get satisfaction I will be contacting them. Poor Business no wonder there stores keep closing.
