  Great customer service! Free delivery for my brand news washing machine! Noah hooked it up quickly and even explain how it works. They also service all their appliances! I like working directly with the owner, who can advise me and provide me product is best for my needs, rather than going through big stores who hire people that don't know anything.

  Whoever deals with the phone calls was very rude. Called about my broken washer. Was told a technician was going to call me back and never did. Didn’t even try to sell me a new one. Couldn’t wait to get off of phone. Very knowledgeable though. Would not call back.
