  I understand the retail world - as I work in it. Therefore I understand some people are going to try and be slick and try and steal things. However, when I walk into a store, pick something up off the shelf, continue to walk to the dressing room to try it on - instead of the customer service I should be receiving (someone to even let me in a room) - comments and accusations are made, I'm assuming used as some sort of preventive action, making me not want to shop there at all (I didn't even try what I had wanted to on.) I've spent a significant amount of money here in the past and unfortunately that won't be he same in the future because I am so dissatisfied with how I've been treated.
